I emailed them to send me a brochure but now they are calling me which is annoying as i just wanted to see what they had available Not going to order just browsing which i thought that i wouldnt have to get a call to confirm something that i have already written which really defeats the whole object Understand that its all sales to them but also need to realise that only asked for a brochure and if i have any questions i would call them myself

Domestic and General asking me if I wanted to have breakdown cover for my fridge freezer and cooker as well as my washing machine ( which I currently have). A bit insistent when I said no, and asked why so when I said ‘because I don’t want to’ she ended the call. It was quite a friendly manner but as above, quite pushy. TAXES / HMRC SCAM - Received a call from this number. Recorded message informing me that a letter from HMRC had been returned and therefore proceedings are going to be issued against me. I was instructed to press '1' to speak to an advisor but I hung up instead and reported the call to ICO.org.uk. I am hoping that this is not somebody's private number being cloned.
Someone from this number attempted to defraud me by pretending to be a relative needing cash to repay a debt.
