SCAM - I got a "Security Warning" from O2 with a one-time code, followed by a call from this number that is clearly a scam.

THIS NUMBER CAME WITH A FAKE TEXT ASKING ME TO CONNECT TO A WEBSITE TO GET AN ENERGY REBATE. THIS WEBSITE WILL INSTALL MALWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER. BEWARE! THE WEBSITE IS https://energy.bill-rebate.com TYPICAL OF FAKE TEXTS DOING THE ROUNDS NOW, 21/9/22. I HAVE NOT CALLED THE NUMBER!

This number called me and said my card had been used twice, first for £500, than the second for £1000 with Amazon. Obviously a scam.

Fraud recording only. claiming that you have a pending case from HMRC and are investigating your financial activity. It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. Received a number of calls from this company claiming to be working with Convention Experts for a Show they didn’t know the name of and had the wrong company name. When asked who provided them our details they wasn’t able to answer. Just scam artists!!!

SCAM Fraud Claimed to be HSBC fraud to check a couple of suspicious transactions and knew the area I was located in. They didn't ask for any secure information but when I called HSBC directly, they had no record of either the call or the transactions on my account.

SCAM, called from a different number first saying he is calling from curry’s pc world and offering mobile phone upgrade at very cheap price. I suspected fraud, so asked for the company details so I can check and call back . Was given this number. When I called ,instead of going through switch board options, someone answered straight away saying “ curry’s mobile phone company, how can I help?” I knew straight away it was a scam, a few fraudsters working together pretending to be a company.

Seems to be one of these broadband scam outfits - claims to be from Virgin then BT.

Just had a call from this number saying they were from National Accident Line. Definite scam. They were asking about an accident I had a few months ago and that I was due compensation. I strung them along. "Glad you called, I went through all the details with your colleagues weeks ago. They said I was due £8k in compensation'. 'Sir this is the 1st time I've called you.' " That may well be, but I've been called about 7 or 8 times by your company. I asked for the compensation to be sent to me as

I was rang and the caller was ringing about diesel claims again When I told him I wasnt interested and to remove me from the database he shouted me down and asked me why I was interested He continued to talk over me saying he was working alongside the Dept of Transport and I should listen to him NUMBER BLOCKED
