Caller pretends to be from BT alledging illegal access to your broadband. Asks you to download a website Anydesk.com. This shows you suppossedly all the users who are accessing you broadband. Then they ask you to check your bank account and lo and behold someone has taken money from your account. In the next few minutes they show you that you have been credited with a large amount of money. This is to say thank you for helping them track scammers. claimed to be from the security department (but didn't say of which bank/credit card company) claimed to have identified two probably fraudulent transactions. invited me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to someone. I pressed 2, but the line went dead. Looks to me very much like a scam.

SCAM The caller claims to be from Amazon and in this call discussed my having two Amazon Prime accounts, one with an annual fee and the other with a monthly subscription. She asked whether I wished to cancel the yearly subscription. I replied yes preferring to determine the account on a monthly basis. She then said she would send a text with a code that would demonstrate she was genuinely from Amazon. Shortly I received a text from Amazon which was an OTP - one time password. This number calls and does not say anything else and hangs up once you say hello. Called back and the mobile phone does not respond, be on the lookout guys.

I believe this to be a scam as it left a part recorded message about bank transfers or purchases to amazon and another firm £5000 and £11,000 if this is not correct please press 1.........fortunately my answer machine can't do that.

SCAM Originally said they were love energy then that changed to love Ltd. The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. He also said he was the owner of the business.

Foreign sounding woman claimed to be from Amazon about recent order. I asked her several times 'What is Amazon?' and she hung up.

Has rang 3 times in twenty minutes asking for someone who left the company over a decade ago. Then asking for the person who deals with the energy account (we have a broker who deals with it all on our behalf) and when told we are not interested rings back anyway.

This call came in on my landline, if I don't recognise the number I let the answerphone pick up. A recording told me that my Internet was going to be switched off and to press 1 to speak to someone. This is an obvious scam as they didn't mention the name of my ISP. They would only communicate be email. People would panic if they received this and possibly get caught out.

SCAM..Supposedly open reach on behalf of talktalk to confirm a connection appointment that I haven't asked for.

Yet another call from an unknown number in Abingdon, fortunately I was away from the 'phone at the time. As I don't know them I am assuming this is a scam of some sort.

Scammer. Tried to sell me a Vodafone contract and wasn't affiliated with Vodafone at all.

Scam pretending to be HMRC and trying to collect from me miscalculated tax of £999 threating me to freeze my bank accounts etc.

SCAM: Persistently calling an elderly woman insisting that her drains need to be inspected and she was legally required to allow the inspection. caller also gave a mobile number 07511485590. Victim refused to comply suspecting a SCAM.

Be careful it’s a scamI they send a text saying my new number save it with no name. I text back and asked if they were . Next got a couple of short text about hope your day is better than mine. Then a text asking to send £1500.00 because they needed the money and because number was changed it would take 24 hrs for verification . Promised to pay the money back tomorrow. I said I couldn’t pY any money as I was out and didn’t have details on me.
