These morons called my work number with an automated message telling me to call them back. The number they called is for an organisation with thousands of employees and the number they called is not for any individual. Had two calls from this number today. They let it ring twice and then hang up before I answer.

Said they were an insurance co. phoning about television repairs that I pay for monthly. Complete nonsense.

Caller (an Asian) said he was ringing from an accident investigation solicitor based in London, about the car accident that I had during past 4 years, and they could claim compensation on my behalf. I HAVE NOT had an accident !! Obvious fraud scam. I will also report this to the Action Fraud helpline.

Had a call today saying that they were a new company setting up in my local area and they already had a company in Leeds. Asked me if I drank water. Said no - he was surprised! Then said he didn t blame me. Asked if I would answer a few simple questions to be entered into a prize draw for a holiday. Told me if I won (which was very likely) then he would deliver the tickets to me in person at my house tomorrow. Called my home phone asking to speak with a business, told them no business here. Kept calling so I entertained the call until they asked for my bank details. When I said i was with metro bank, they said never heard of it. That was the second red flag, the first was him saying they hadnt heard of E-on Energy - as calling from OPUS. So When he suddenly found metro bank on his system and asked for my sort code i was quite rude and said F Off stop scamming people.

These guys never stop calling you! They re trying to sell life insurance and they keep calling me although I said no a lot of times. Might as well block the number.

Beware - its a PPI Misold selling company. They rang me and didn't leave a message so I called back and the first thing they said was that a colleague had tried to contact...

nAlways the same recorded message starting at 08.25 this morning and finishing at 14.11...
