This number informed me that 2 card transactions had been noted as suspicious: Over £500 with Amazon and an International transfer of £1300. Press 1 or 2.....etc. I cancelled the call and dialled the number and got TS TOURS. Who are they and why are they?

AMAZON I had this phone about my amazon checked my account

SCAM call. Claims to be Amazon prime. Taking 300 now and 1200 later. I received numerous calls from this this week. 9am 10am noon 5pm. Not All different numbers but this one not found on any who called me site. I leave all calls now to go to ansaphone as am sick to death of them all. If it's not amazon it's loft insulation or domestic appliance cover . The latter also a complete and utter nuisance. If all these callers actually got themselves proper jobs the country might not be in the mess it's in.

I was called by an ambassador of "Petra" a company that claims to be a programming language. I asked my husband who is an expert software engineer and he had never heard of this company. After some research he concluded the company is "cringe and blue pulled".

Indian woman called Jessie from Housing Disrepair Association. Told me I'd been reported as having damp in the home. Asked her what country she was calling from and what location which she wouldn't answer, she then wanted to know if I was a private or social tennant. Told her I knew she was a scammer, at which point she hung up.

SCAM Calling to say they think I am eligible for a medic alert pendant but did not seem to know that I already have a Lifeline pendant. Read from a long involved script without listening to replies. Blocked number

SPAM - Didn't answer as I never do unless I am expecting it (Doctor's or School). They left a voicemail, talking in a very different language. Didn't sound english or even Indian for that matter.

This number called me this morning saying my amazon prime was automatically being renewed at £69.99 so I can enjoy. All automated message you can't say anything. I've rung Amazon and told them so now they are aware.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Some depressed and dejected sounding indian fellow saying something about a discounted iphone or some nonsense, as per standard procedure I frustrated his efforts and wasted his time until he hung up.

an automated call from an undisclosed bank telling me that there had been a £500 and £1000 spend on my credit card. I can't track down this number anywhere and would also have expected it to tell me which bank was calling..... off to do some further investigation

Claimed to be Vodafone. I don't even have be a contract with them, hung up, suspected fraud.

Answered a call from this number, where the caller, Chris (with a thick Indian accent), claimed to be from O2 and wanted to know how my day was. Since I'm not an O2 customer, I hung up and blocked the number.
