Transferred to a human who said the payment on your visa debit card, I asked which card, she replied your visa debit. I asked again which card, was told from your bank. Which bank? The bank you authorised the payment from. I said I have several banks so which one. She replied Halifax bank, when I said I don't bank with Halifax she hung up on me. Be careful folks!

I was up at 8:05 so would definitely have heard the doorbell if it had been rung. Why did the message take 2 1/2 hrs to be sent, I tried the link, but it doesn’t work.
