Attempt to defraud claimed to be from Visa/Mastercard. Claimed £600 removed from account by someone overseas. Received a number of similar calls recently from different numbers.
This number has been searched 27k times! Why haven't they been stopped?
Constant calls - I do not pick up or respond. Have blocked but turns up again with slightly different number. London.
Said they were safe call (yes media solutions) would stop nuisance calls for £149 for 5 years. As I work night shifts which they woke me up I agreed and gave card details. Once I was off the phone I checked the number on this site andthen phoned my bank to cancel my card they sounded so believable and could kick myself for being so stupid. I managed to stop my card before any money was taken out
