Tried to sell me a discount for my O2 contract Thick Indian accent and couldnt provide any information regarding my account that isnt public information
I was targeted for an unusually precise scam 26/05/23 in which a group telephoned me apparently with specific knowledge of my bank organisation, my name and mobile number. The scam started by suggesting there was fraudulent activity on my bank account, and that the account was being temporarily suspended. What surprised me was that they knew who I banked with, and also spoofed the relevant bank telephone number

SPAM This number leaves an automated robotic sounding message with a slight american accent if the call is unanswered. But the 121 message service only catches the end of the message which asks you to press now to avoid court proceedings. Therefore this appears to be a Scam and the number should be treated with extreme caution. Automated voice messaging informing that £500 for gambling + another amount was taken from my account. I replaced the handset after being instructed to press 1, 2 or 3. Checked my account none the less. It was definitely a scammed call.
This is a scam call from India people pretending to be from o2 they already have access to o2 system by sending a message to my phone and try to change my password on my o2 account. Actually the number needs to be reported to the police for further investigation

Got to be a scam, I'm employed by the NHS and all my tax & National insurance is sorted by them. Blocked the number, I'll worry when the "official letter" turns up!

01315105459 called me this evening from Edinburgh. She had an English accent and knew my name and marital status and number. She claimed to deal with policy's and worked for royal London. When asked where she got my private data info she said "from the same place I get everyone's, from Facebook where you clicked on a like and accepted marketing from us". I know I didn't! SCAM!!!!

Potential Scam - I got a Whatsapp message from this number telling me they were looking to recruit me and that they got my number through LinkPoint (I had never signed up with them). On LinkPoint's website, it says not to respond to any Whatsapp messages as they are not from them.
SCAM . No such number anymore. Their email address does not exist either and the contact form on their website does not submit.
