Called @ 14.25 on 06/02/2023. Asian/Indian voice claiming to be from 'Traffic Management Services'. Call is purporting to be able to help with an accident within the last 2 years. I haven't had an accident in over 15 years. Told caller to cancel the call for the above reason.
Did a callback and it is an Octopus Energy (sales?) number.

I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. 07487 601669 Received a call from this number telling me they are HMRC Tax. Told me my NI payments were incorrect.? Asked to press 1 to proceed. Scam call from Russia
Phone handily warned me it was a potential scam call while it was ringing so I didn't answer.
Although local to me, this is a scam. Told me two amounts were being taken from account and to press a key if I wanted to proceed.

Called from Citizens advice group. I questioned the male caller with a south Asian accent in some detail. He was very helpful. They were calling about debts and he asked what debts we had. I asked him where they got our number and he replied FCA ????????????. I then asked him for the person or department name as I have previously worked with FCA in the past, he didn’t give it to me. He was very polite and said he couldn’t continue. He also said they weren’t authorised in the UK!
