These people keep calling me but when i speak they do not seem to hear me. I ve now got caller ID and will not answer them again. They are ringing at least twice every day but i think the delay means that they are not in this country. Really really annoying. I am planning to call Pet Plans head office on Monday and complain.

Called @ 9.35. Didn't recognise the number so didn't pick up. Apparent London code, but have been getting a stack of scamming calls from Indian call centres over the last few days, so probably yet another attempt to relieve me of my money. Complete wastes of oxygen these people.

They phone you just after *they* request access to your account via your phone company's website by using the "Forgotten Password" link, so that the real phone company will send an OTC (one-time-code) to your mobile for verification.
