I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Called @ 9.35. Didn't recognise the number so didn't pick up. Apparent London code, but have been getting a stack of scamming calls from Indian call centres over the last few days, so probably yet another attempt to relieve me of my money. Complete wastes of oxygen these people.

The above telephone number is an automated voicemail service(possibly USA), with no company name given or any indication of identity.
