Automated call stating that an official letter from HMRC tax is on route to me and legal action is being taken. Asks you to press 1 to speak to an official representative. Got to be a scam, I'm employed by the NHS and all my tax & National insurance is sorted by them. Blocked the number, I'll worry when the "official letter" turns up!

I answered and they mentioned something about EE, then asked me how much I pay per month, I responded, no thanks I've just started a new contract. They then said "I never asked you to change your contract", I then said, I will stop you there and just tell you I am not interested, he then responded repeatedly, "GO FCK YOURSELF". Needless to say I hung up!!!

Telemarketing SCAM

Abusing fake advertising seller, after I emailed him back saying I wasn't interested in the "advert" in the "planning handbook" after he implied that he was working on behalf of the planning department when infact he has nothing to do with it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Automated HMRC message saying that legal action was being taken.

Said it was calling about a banking transaction. I believe it to be a scam call.

SCAM. Tried to pretend he was my son and had broke his phone and had a new number. Then he wanted me to pay a bill as he couldn’t access online banking.

Says I had debt knew my name. I have no debt they hung up. Suspicious

Energy supplier demanding to agree to contract for move. Pretending to have instructions from current supplier. That's strange as current supplier doesn't know new address. Be on your guard and use a password if possible.

Called saying they were from amazon

Probably a scam. Received message with nothing else just a suspicious looking text. Potentially dangerous to your phone and bank balance.

Caller claimed to be representing blockchain.com claiming I had an account with them containing about £4,000.00 (I know that I have never had anything to do with cryptocurrency). I told them I knew this was a scam. They wouldn't stop pushing, so I played along a little. They then asked me to download Teamviewer. So they were either likely going to lock me out of my computer or attempt to steal my passwords. I gave the guy a serious roasting and hung up.

SCAM inland revenue scam put phone down immediately

07468578922 Called this morning purporting to be from 3 Mobile wanting to speak to me about my contract. I’m not with 3 Mobile and the caller's number isn’t either (it registered to a Chinese network). When I tried to question the caller they swiftly terminated the call. Suspected scam.

Some woman spoke extremely fast with an Indian accent, the only word I could make out was repairs. I asked her to speak clearly and she hung up. This is the second call with a London prefix this afternoon. Scam callers are getting extremely annoying.

Scammers pretending to be from my mobile company wanting to offer me a new deal then wanted my bank details & details about phone account but could not even provide my name from their records. Avoid at all costs.

Called me twice stating he was from Microsoft and stated our computer was being hacked. on the second call he shouted, "Have I tried to sell you something... NO!!!!! Have I asked you for your bank account or for money... NO!!" I was very angry and gave him some nice new words to look up. There is no way he was a specialist from Microsoft!

Automated call supposed to be about my Amazon prime account which has already been renewed for the year

definitely scam telling you it is from the bank but no bank name. saying that you have a payment from Amazon and abroad for large amounts of money

Number 02071124802 phoned me and said they was from start up loans. www.startuploans.co.uk and wanted me to transfer them £58 for the loan to be secured under the insurance. They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. Yet another Asian sounding scammer! Wanting me to renew my direct debit for so-called insurance on Sky tv stuff. Very insistent that I had a previous direct debit for this. Utter rubbish!

Scam call "Amazon" (NOT Amazon!)

BEWARE, these are paid scammers trying to get you to give them your bank details, avoid this number completely. Don't ring them back to see who it was, they have a recorded message and they'll store your telephone number and ring you relentlessly thereafter.

Who was it scary call

TXT claiming to be HSBC stating Fraud on DD and gave ref number and told me to call this number. I do not bank with HSBC
