Asian caller claiming to be from the carphone warehouse company (yeah right), about an exciting offer and he could give me the most up-to-date phone. I told him that I don't use mobile phones and just stayed quiet, he hung up about 2 minutes later. What an idiot, the muppet was talking to me on a mobile phone. Now blocked ????

Scam recording from my visa card Co advising 2 fraud transactions for big amts, called my card Co from no on bk of my card and no transactions have taken place, be careful all especially the elderly, try use a credit card at all times then transfer from Yr debit card to pay it, never take out he house Yr debit card, as bank don't always reimburse u for fraud, the credit card Co will if you have shown you took care reporting any suspicious activity and were careful with Yr details online. He is a scammer. You pay a ‘deposit’ then he hits you with the ‘delivery fee’. Your not getting nothing. He aint even in your local area.

Foreign accent stating my bank account had suspicious transactions. £300 on Amazon and over £1000 money transfer. Invited me to press buttons to either accept or speak to customer services. I held on and then a voice said bye! Dangerous as the number display comes up with a Ballymena number and this is my home area. Checked online bank and no such transactions had occurred.

This number called me on what’s app. Person nor number known to me - I didn’t answer but was called 3 times in less than a minute.

I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. SCAM Had the name of the person who had my number a decade ago. Told me that person had given them this number when bought a washing machine in 2018. When I pointed this out they hung up so I could not find out the nature of the scam. But number could have been spoofed.

This is my house telephone number in Oswestry Shropshire. A 90 year old lady in some distress phoned me on this number today to ask why I had been contacting her. She told me she lives in Eastbourne and had been contacted from a number purporting to be from this one asking for finacial information. I explained I had not phoned her but it was probably a phishing scam and suggested she blocked it. I feel I needed to report this scam and this number on her behalf. Scum does not adequately label these people.
