I asked this chap which bank may owe me this money, he said it could be from one of several banks which I have accounts with, which he just named several banks off a list. Said they could get some money back from my bank for me, it just needed me to claim it,then wanted me to give them my personal details. Yeah right, told them that for data protection I do not give any details out over the phone. At this point I had goggled the number and was now aware that it some shady company by the name of Active Capital, apparently debt collectors.
