Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.

They scammed the company I work for by paying for their order for banners by cheque. They then claimed to have overpaid by £2,000. Unfortunately our young owner was unaware they had paid by cheque and as Nat West had the money as cleared on his account, he paid them the 2k direct into their bank account! It s harder for young people who have little knowledge of cheques. Robbing, thieving scammers; what goes round comes round - as in you ll get yours !!

Claimed to be a telemarketer and not bound by TPS. Which is rubbish. I have a new gas system which is less than 2 months old. Also in order to qualify you are heavily means tested

this number just rung saying they can offer an early upgrade to my contract with Three (I m actually with three), but the man new nothing about my contract and asked me how much I spent on average on my phone. If it was a genuine call regarding offering me an upgrade for my existing contract he would at least knew how much I spent every month! Then he hanged up. Different numbers with messages saying they have a parcel and it's their 2nd, 3rd etc attempt to contact me about this delivery. Tempted to click the link, but cautious as no deliveries expected.

Concerned as was called twice on the same day. No message left. The second time the number was displayed with 0044 in front of it.

called about debt with Lloyd s Bank I confirmed it direct with bank as legitimate debt collector on there behalf.

Almost certain this was a scam.
