Contacted me by a dating app and tried to make me sign up at a very suspicious online trading account platform with 1% reputation, luckily I searched for it before clicking on his link. Male non english accent called my landline from 07342065763 17 Jan 2023. Stated he was from Amazon security and that he had emailed me as someone had ordered a £600 phone on my account. I asked whose name was on the account as he said it was my name. I asked again whose name and he said D Maddison. When I say they don't live here he hung up. Obviously has some old phone records.

Safe number - Life Insurance broker. Did my insurance a while back. Called me to review a couple of years afterwards hence why I googles the number. They're a ligitamte firm and were excellent with me and the arrangements. Definitely not a scam or dodgy number.

SCAM This number was the first of three (others were 0208 888 7676 and 01782 254545) which I received on 17th and 18th July 2023, telling me I had security problems with users accessing my computer files. I was told that I needed to open my event viewer logs so that they could help me to block the users etc. After playing dumb and stretching out the phone call - I eventually told them that I knew they were trying to scam me - which met with a tirade of abuse - especially from one female calling herse
