SCAM Fraud Claimed to be HSBC fraud to check a couple of suspicious transactions and knew the area I was located in. They didn't ask for any secure information but when I called HSBC directly, they had no record of either the call or the transactions on my account.

Some call centre trying to hook industrial deafness claims. If they ring, just keep saying "Hello?" over and over again, it never gets old!!
Said they were from 3 chasing payment. Luckily for me I have screen shots of webchat with 3 saying the account is closed and I have no liability. Guy on phone refused to cancel account unless I paid a minimum of £5. Must be scam as I have in writing
