Caller knew my name. She said it was not a marketing call, but she started asking questions about my property. I asked why and she said so they could find out if my property was suitable for a government insulation grant.

Several calls from this number over last few days, mostly either missed or silent. When you are connected to someone, you get: "Hello! Can I speak to the owner of this business ..." They give an unintelligible company name when asked where they are calling from, and asking them what they are calling about causes them to drop the call. Smells very much like a boiler-room full of scammers.
