It's a jail number in Preston

01615070009 this number called 14th Jan, 16th Jan, 2 calls today 17th Jan. No message left. Called number as thought it might be important, recorded message says nobody available to pick up call but holding me with music! They do not identify themselves which alerts my suspicions. Almost immediately I am called back and male caller asks for James, I am female. They are calling about the vehicle collision "James" was involved in. So you be the judge. This is the HP support number. I had been speaking to them about an issue with my HP laptop, so they did have a legitimate reason to call me a few days ago, but the case had been closed so I chose not to take this call.

Just done some business with Reed Rains so this looks like another example of passing (or selling on) personal data. The Consumers Association (Which) are currently running a program to identify and stop these sort of calls. I ll add this one to their list

It's a Yarmouth number but it's a Scouse bloke selling holidays. Has rang me 4 times in 2 days. Last time I got quite angry.

Robot caller demanding you call them back. Looking the number up reveals that it belongs to a very legally dubious debt collector who will try to stick you with a debt whether it s yours or not.

This caller claims to be the PPI Team but is just another one of Mr Lee Paul Mellors companies. He holds 7 appointments at 7 active companies, has resigned from 4 companies and held 18 appointments at 18 dissolved companies. Clearly this looks odd!!!
