A man (in a noisy office) wantimg me to get free cavity wall & loft insulation through the goverment scheme. When i told them i had my loft done in 2007 they said id need it doing again. When i said id had a company come today to do a survey & they confirmed i didnt need anymore loft insulation the man on the phone then said he was from the company that had visited me today! Client reported someone from this number has called 4-5 times in the last 2 weeks saying that he owed money.No other details.They gave correct surname but wrong initial. Gave correct postcode but no other info. Client has no debts/loans. Client very vulnerable, distressed by these calls( one was after 8pm)
