Called and stated I have purchased something at the value of £700 pound and also another transaction it is a recorded message woman's message asking me to press 3 for customer support. I have no idea was it is about and using massive scam tactics.
This number called my phone, I answered saying 'hello' the female caller replied 'hello' then the call dropped. On ringing back, I got 'this number is not available' message, so I'm assuming it's spam/scanner.SPAM SCAM

Tried ringing it and it stated it was a Giff Gaff mobile, however, 07510 numbers belong to O2.

He said there seems to be some fraudulant activity on my account and I should move all my money into the main account and then he would change all my account numbers and sort codes He sent messages from 08000 123 123 and he confirmed Santander will always use this number as it uses the 123 from their 123 account. Remember: Your bank will never ask you to move money!

Caller stated they were calling from somewhere which sounded like Yonny (EON something) regarding our energy account. Caller did not specify which type of energy.
