I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. Daughter answered phone at 17.32. Caller asked for her mother. Told I was out. Said to be from bank about my card being used for payment in London. Caller gave my address and asked for confirmation. Daughter said she couldn't give info without me being present. No is showing as individuals phone with EE.

o2 scam- someone called claiming to be from my 'provider' o2- they are not my provider when i questioned this and why it seemed very suspicious he made his excuses and hung up
