Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them. ANY call about your computer, router, viruses, hack...

Had two calls from this number today and they asked for one of the directors by name. I spoke to this director and he said to take a message. The guy from this company (Alan from the Surveyors Office)said that he would try later. I said he would be better leaving a message as I didn t think the call was for this particular person. No message left by this number. I dialled it back and it had one long ring tone as in U.S or Canadian calls. No one was answering there when I rang back.
