SCAM. This number tried contacting me on a supposed job offer via whatsapp and wanted me to enter my information on a webpage eerly similar to an other legit travel agency.

Obvious scam, claiming to be from EE retaining department. If you google the number it comes up as a Noodle bar in London. The guy on the call couldn't stop stumbling over his words when I called him out on things and then laughed at me when I said I knew it was a scam.

Yet another Asian sounding scammer! Wanting me to renew my direct debit for so-called insurance on Sky tv stuff. Very insistent that I had a previous direct debit for this. Utter rubbish!

They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. SCAM - Repeated many calls from 01733 806--- numbers, block each time, they just change the last three numbers and try again. getting very many calls daily from Peterborough, I am sure if it was THAT urgent they would leave a message. SCAM - Tried to convince me that they were calling on behalf of a government debt consolidation scheme. When I said I wanted to check the validity of the company, they tried to convince me that they were genuine. I pointed out to them that any genuine company would be fine for their customers to do due diligence and that the fact they were trying to stop me doing that just screamed scam. They hung up on me.
