These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end. Weird call - phone "answered itself" when no-one was near it. I heard voices and went to investigate - found my phone playing a recorded message. A bit unsettling really. Anyone else had this experience?
