This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. He could not provide what debt company or government department he was from. He was very persistant and rude. He had called earlier in the day and my daughter had said I wasn't here but he was arguing with her and was very rude. Do not fall for this.
