Safe number I received a missed call from this number but none of the 'who called me' websites had any comments and I wanted to know who had called. As the number is local to me, I took a chance and called them back, It's the Boots Opticians Appointment Booking Centre so it's quite safe. They have written to me several times as I'm due for my eye test but I just hadn't got around to making an appointment. I'm leaving this comment just to let other searchers know who called.
Called me saying they were O2, that they can give me 30% off my monthly bills... Proves how much they know - told him I don't have monthly bills and hung up

Fraud On Caller Display, this number looked like a London exchange. On answering, I got a recorded message saying it was something to do with bank security, followed by a message that was intended to frighten. I hung up, and have blocked the number. Call centre. Bloke said he was from Northumbrian water and wanted to do a survey to improve services. Wasn’t 100% convinced it was genuine so told him I wasn’t interested.
AMAZON scam! Telling me that an order has been made in my name and £300 payment has been taken from my card!!! Press 1 to speak to an operator. I pressed 1, and told the guy I was confused to the message and he hung up. The phone code is my local town but the guy was Indian. DONT GIVE OUT YOUR CARD NUMBER TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE GUYS!!!!

The billing address was: Asmee Kaia Hawthorns Nightingale Avenue West Horsley, Surrey, KT24 6NZ United Kingdom and this phone number, The above address was given on the billing address and doesn't relate to the phone number for the actual address for this phone number.
This number called me today at 10,00 am, claiming to be from 02. I hung up immediately.

This was an automated mans voice claiming to be some kind of fraud check saying there was unauthorised payments from my amazon account. Did not say who they were. Did not believe them so I hung up. No answer of any kind when phoned the number back. Immediately suspected a scam .
