This was from a rude and abusive man with very poor English who claimed he was from carphone warehouse and when I said I wasn't interested he said he was also a police officer and was going to find out where I lived and beat me up, he was screaming abuse at me. This was entirely unprovoked as I am a very polite pensioner who never shouts and swears, I would recommend everyone to do as I have done and block this number.

Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. The pre-recorded call, claims that you owe HMRC money are about to be Prosecuted. JUST HANG UP, IT IS A SCAM AND WILL COST YOU MONEY IJ YOU PRESS ANY NUMBER.
This may not be a scammer but it is annoying, Avery's Wine Merchants who seem to call from various related numbers to hawk their wares. Bloody nuisance.
