Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. I didn’t give my name and told her I hadn’t called anyone and was busy in a meeting. She was quite aggressive. I hung up. She then texted me and asked who I was. I gave my first name and asked who she was. No reply.
