I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Just paid my bill over the phone.. the agent asked me at the end of the call if I would be interested in a smart meter and could i do a survey about how I had been dealt with.. I said a definite no to both.. 30 seconds later a call from this 0800 number..... annoying..... how did they get my number.. surely no means no.......

aggressive and harrassing calls, i hung up on them the first time as i was at work, and they rang my mobile 7 times consecutively thereafter.
