When asked for details was referred to her supervisoor Aran, who got increasingly short with me, then wanted to take control of my computer to show me. Apparently my connection will be cut in 1 hour. SCAM Text message. Allegedly from Lloyds Bank stating that a new payment has been authorised and requests that that I click on the highlighted website if I do not recognise the transaction.
Another automatic call threatening to proceed with a criminal case if I didn't press 1 immediately.....hung up and didn't finish listening to the rest of the message... Second call of this nature in a week on different numbers....when trying to message them back to tell them where to go the message was blocked both times.
