This was their second call. I had put their number in my phone to be blocked but they appear to have gotten around this block and the generic blocking of withheld numbers. I will send written complaint to the Bradford address as well as complaining to other regulators.

Based on other comments- checked this number and sure enough it was from a telemarketer from help Your Claim. very noisy background (sounded like he was calling from a pub)
Fraud - message left by them was read by a computerised male American voice that said I had to call the local city hall urgently. Not sure why. However phone number is very similar to (0)20 3991 2845 which is a Fraud HMRC call.

I got a call from this number this afternoon. My policy is not to answer calls which are not on my contact list. No message was left on my answering machine. I barred it and this allows me to call it but when it phones me it will get the engaged tone and pay for it. I phoned the number and my provider says it does not recognise the number. Another exciting day at the office.
Cold called on my mobile. Did not answer as it is unknown number . Should not be allowed to cold call.

Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. SCAM claiming to be from VirginMedia. Wanted me to download and install remote desktop control software. Tried to use the ASSOC Command Scam to justify their claim to be from VirginMediua becasue they knew the (supposedly unique) ID 888DCA60-FC0A-11CF-8F0F-00C04FD7D062 which actually is found on every Windows PC
