This number is costing me £2.50 every time I receive a text from them, but I have never contacted them or subscribed to anything!!! 02 wont do anything as its a third party and I've tried sending a "stop" message as 02 told me to, to no avail. Phoned number back insurance company switchboard.
Don't know who they are but they have been calling me twice a day for weeks, once in the morning and once in the evening. I let it go to answer phone but it is always silent.
Silent call, then hang up. Possibly trying to get return call to a premium rate number. I think the number shown on my mobile may be a spoof number to prompt me to reply and be diverted to the premium rate real number. This is the second time in 2 days I have reported a problem. Once to my landline, this one to my mobile. Really getting sick of the extent of the problem. Had 90 junk mails yesterday. Maybe need to change email address and phone numbers, big inconvenience.
