They rang me 23 times in the last week, I had no choice but to answer - I got someone from economy energy in Glasgow using my first name - not particularly happy with the familiarity in which he tried to talk to me - ended up hanging up only to receive a succession of 5 more quick phone calls - now blocked. I suggest you do the same.
SPAM This was from a so called company called Fusion. Oddly enough the voice sounds the same as from other numbers during the week. Needless to say blocked.
