Been having this number phone both my mobile and house phone quite a few times this week. It all stemmed from a quick survey which I answered from a call on the weekend. (Such a fool I am!)Whatever you do don t agree to answer any surveys over the phone. I have also had many other calls from sales companies since I answered the survey. I answered the first call. A guy with a heavy Indian accent began to describe a job opportunity before my mobile signal was lost. The same number has called me twice a day for the last 3 days. I ignored the calls and no message was left. Any reputable agency would leave a voicemail.

A woman offered me a job in customer service field and told me that her colleague will contact me regarding that role by email, which did not happen. I think it is not a recruitment agency. I was told to check spam for the email which has not been received. Why normal email would go to the spam???

Person called asking me what knickers I was wearing. They were breathing quite heavily so I assumed they had a cold. Anyway, I told them I don't wear any knickers. I then heard some grunting noises and shortly after the caller hung up. Very strange. Never mind, I hope they get well soon! X

Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

This is Kinex. They ignore ALL requests not to call. When their number is blocked they will call from a different number. Report them to the ICO - it takes 1 minute - as they are breaking GDPR regulations. Their MD is Chris Earle from Verastar. They need a massive fine or to be put out of business.

This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.
