This number is a scam. My mum received a message from this number purporting to be me saying that I had broken my phone and could she use another number to message me on Whatsapp. This is the "Mum I've lost my phone scam" and this number cannot be trusted.

Pre recorded Scam call relating to unexpected withdrawals from a bank account. No name or bank mentioned. Asked for me to press 1 to confirm. That's a giveaway (red flag) as is the lack of personal details. I put the phone down immediately.

I was then passed on to a supervisor to confirm my email address – which I did. Just rings up several times in the day, hangs up after a few rings and before answerphone comes in to take the call. Have blocked three different numbers who ever they are. have shortened rings for answerphone to come in early
