If you do have a PPI claim print the form from the FSA website and send it yourself. Thats all these guys do anyway and they take 20% (or more) of whatever settlement you get.....

Pretend to be from your phone company. Attempt to obtain information. As soon as said not due an upgrade they hang up. Aggressive with attitude. Blocked !

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. Automated message to inform me that my BT email was about to be terminated. No response was asked for.
I recently got a phone call from this number soon after contacting sky about my broadband. He asked me to run a check on my speed and tell him the speeds for uplload and download; he then continued to tell me what i should have and that i should go onto my pc and connect to the their technical dept server so they could upgrade to what i should be having. Luckily im a bit tech savvy and new my speeds were correct and questioned him on my account which he couldn't give any details on. I'd say this is a scam!!
Screen said it was from Leeds. didn't answer and it stopped before the answer message cut in.
