So I asked her for my ID and I would check it and ring Microsoft back. She came up For all sorts of resins so I hung up She rang back and my husband answered and said he didn’t know anyone. I did not hold the line long enough to figure out what they want me to do, ended with identifying the Windows computer by the presence of Windows key on the keyboard :-)
