They have taken £39.99 from my account and still waiting for my loan which I know now wont arrive. My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. Really weird, rang and asked for my daughter whom banks with co-op. Left her a message asking her to call 08448448899 ASAP as there was a problem with her account. She rang them later and they had no record of anyone calling her nor was there any problem with her account.
