They knew my name and said they'd been authorised by the government to handle a legal case against FX Trading. I knew it was a fraudulent phonecall when they wanted ID and statements from me. My phone picked up that they were calling from Rome but the man clearly said he was working for the UK government. Very dodgy!

I then spoken to a qualified adviser and have a correct policy to protect my wife and 2 children. Very professional and I am very happy with their service. No hassle, no fees and no pressure.

Call centre - Claims to be from a 118 directory service. Asks to speak to the business owner. There is a pause after you answer before it connects so probably not actually from Aberdeen. Almost certainly a scam.
Sorry for repeating my reviews but it is the only way I can correct my error in accidentally rating it Positive. It is a dangerous scam using an automated voice claiming to be bank security.

SCAM Another happy go lucky "Fraud Office" call, about "Unusual Activity on you account", who get potty mouthed when you inform them no transaction has occurred or is pending according to your banking app. Same thing everyday, so used to it I can quote the entire automated call back to them.
Answered the phone, the person on the other end could barely speak English. Hung up, blocked and coincidentally immediately received a call from an 0203 number which I didn’t answer and blocked.

Number appears to belong to Le Pain Quotidien (and comes up as such) but definitely does not. Le Pain Quotidien have been warned that someone's spoofing their number.

Went through all the comments, I found some painful, while some were funny. My conclusion is most people can still get scammed just because they can’t read in- between the lines. I’ve be victimized. Now I have a resident expert and a professional hacker who helped me recover my funds and so far, it had been worth it. Hackers easily know a bitcoin scam. someone rang my mobile from 07776 458280 and when i answered there was silence - no one spoke. I did not recognise the number as it was not in my contacts!
This phone number showed up on my t-mobil account attached to my name they charge me a 20 dollar fee as well as 3 and some change for late fees. This line is not connected to my actual account but shows up and charges me every month
