No idea who called. I didn't recognise the number so I didn't answer. Caller's number apparently located in Newport, South Wales and no reason for anyone from that location to call me.
The owner of this number is a dope and a fraud. He has a search warrant in his home country, Bulgaria, for 7 years now, and he's been hiding in UK ever since.

They said they were calling from HMRC, however HMRC never calls mobile numbers. Do not trust this number - it is my landline number which has been 'spoofed' by a scammer. I have reported it to Ofcom and my service provider but there is apparently nothing that can be done to prevent this illegal activity in the short term.
