02045797441 called twice today.8Jun23 First at 11.27hrs, heavily accented voice claimed to be calling from BT about my internet connection, I think! hung up. Second at 12:24hrs, identical number, didn't leave a message. We seem to be getting more scam calls than calls of any meaning. Maybe we should discontinue the landline?
Fraud ... claims to be amazon asking you to choose options about your payments. All start 079066419xx up to 1948 so far. Same thing. Don't press options, contact Amazon yourself and ask if they've tried to contact you.

Irish traveller scammers, they arrived in a pair to purchase goods with a fake banking app. Used every excuse possible. Probably a burner number but blocked. Sent them away without the goods and they called back trying to “show me the reference number” and arrange a call with bank of Ireland.

Confident English-sounding voice rang, recorded message, saying two amounts of money were to leave my account, expressing concern that they were fraudulent. Told me to dial 1 to find out more. I did not. Sure it is a scam.

When I answer, it rings another number so I cut it off before that one was answered. I can only imagine this works as a reverse charge call because effectively you end up calling them. I have been called once a day for the past week by this number. Guess it is an advertising call centre or something. But will probably never find out because I cut them off.

Automated "suspicious activity" message, mentioned £1000 foreign transfer. I let them talk to my answering machine and ignored. Interestingly, had another call 10 mins later, this time from 01732 896820 - they hung up immediately my machine kicked in. Probably the same scammer using different numbers??

This guy called me and he said he was a member of the association AML "anti money laundering" in UK and international also. He pretended he could recover money from crypto websites. (I don't know what is crypto). He knows English, french and dutch. He has strong (false) argument to tell you. When I ask him to call the association AML to be identified, he turns around the circle. I have received pornographic, harassing videos and pictures aimed at myself as well as sexually explicit messages from this number. This person is a stalker and I believe they may have links to India. They go quiet for a few months after I block them, a new number pops up. I need to leave this here in case anyone else is experiencing this. It has been reported to British authorities. IP is probably being bounced.
A female speaking chinese or mandarin, no idea what was being said. May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. This is likely to be connected. SCAM every day in my opinion.

I received the number 01223933956 this morning. Claimed to be a Sean with a very heavy Indian sub-continent accent, from BT Outreach claiming there were problems with my internet. I engaged with him, to spin him along so he would have less time with more vulnerable people but when he realised what I was doing he became very abusive.
