SCAM: The number 08000478737 is on a letter supposedly from Trading Standards saying a wine investment company I have shares with has gone bust. The letter comes with an Insolvency Service form to complete regarding my shares, and that i must complete it in order to get full value of my shares returned. I must telephone the number to give the answers. Except, the wine company hasn't gone bust & Trading Standards don't send out these kind of letters.

Number 02071124802 phoned me and said they was from start up loans. www.startuploans.co.uk and wanted me to transfer them £58 for the loan to be secured under the insurance. They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. Other websites say its Indian call centres asking for details claim to be EE or o2 or Virgin so that doesnt sound very authentic does it - and if you havent asked for Indian call centres to call you its spam and a likely fraud

Text received from this number advising that I had had a missed delivery from Royal Mail. The website to click for re-delivery was incorrect to the one used by Royal mail and had RoyalMail.Re-delivery.com and not Royalmail.re-schedule.com. Tried ringing it and it stated it was a Giff Gaff mobile, however, 07510 numbers belong to O2.

This number is DANGEROUS! My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.

Caller claimed a bank account with Revolute Bank had been opened in my name. Caller had my name, post code and mobile phone number. Asked for my Bank then i terminated the call.

SCAM - A robot voice told me that £600 would be sent overseas from my card unless I pressed the '1' key to speak to someone. Didn't say which card, or which bank. I terminated the call, then tried calling the number. An answering machine announced that the number wasn't accepting calls. Obvious scam. I've blocked the number.

This number was on an email purportedly from. Ebay...saying call if you think the information was incorrect. The info was wildly incorrect. Assuming this is some form of phishing phone scam as phone number does not appear on eBay website or registered to them publicly.
