We get 2 or sometimes 3 calls per day from this number. The call is a recorded message about "government funded boilers etc". At the end of the message it says "Press 2 to speak to one of our advisers. But when I do this it only saves the message to my voice mail. How can I get these nuisance calls stopped? SCAM Automate machine saying I have been charged (x amount of money ) on my amazon account, if I would like to cancel to press 1 or any other to contact that number. I just hung-up, came to check but the number did not show any records , so went to my amazon account, nothing has been charged.

Seem to have now blocked 0843 980 12xx where xx so far is anywhere between 01 to 51 - 47 just the latest. Last time i answered it from one of these numbers there was nobody there. Wonder if phone numbers of the call centre staff are also on their autocall list.
