SCAM Telemarketing Sales call . Says he has a report for us. Calls regularly for different people in our office. Asks for their mobile number. When we say person not available or we cant give out the number they swear at us and hang up.
After picking up the call, a recorded message to let us know the call is recorded played. Once over the line was dropped from their end. A call from "Go Pro services" was expected, perhaps this was a Go Pro service agent? The result of poor training perhaps?
So this number comes up for a Polish restaurant Folk House Zakopane in London. Well they'd have no reason to be calling people out of the the blue and 'Max' claimed he was calling from Carphone Warehouse.

They just called me pretending to be from motability insurance asking about recent accident with my motability car. My car hasn’t been in an accident but is currently in for repair at the dealership following an RAC call out when my battery was flat and the car wouldn’t start. I don’t know how these scammers got my unlisted mobile number or even knew I have a motability car (which has a private plate on it). Someone has given them my personal information. Guy hung up when I was in mid sentence.

Called and said they from 3 mobile, promo dep. Offered two new phones with cheaper contracts, everything unlimited. (I got 8 months left tho). Then asked for name. He said he was passing me to his manager (diff man) he asked spelling of name, asked for postcode and house number. When I questioned needing house number he said checking because of scams. SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. Scammer claiming to be from O2, offering to reduce my bill by 30%. Didn't confirm my name, if it matches the account holder name, or any account details besides the phone number (which they'd just called, so duh...). Just started asking for the verification code they send you by text when accessing your account. The one where the message specifically states not to give the code to anyone, even people claiming to be O2 staff... Probably not calling from Edinburgh either, probably a spoofed number.

Received call today showing this number, 01900 632310, on my phone. I did not answer it and they did not leave a message on my answering machine. After the call ended the number changed to 00632310. After I blocked the number it changed again to 07808 582578. This is clearly a scam number and very dangerous.

I have a Sky and 02 contract, different phones. I had a call from this number purporting to be 02 on my Sky phone; took me a while to realise!
