I asked where my data came from he said "UKRI" (United Kingdom Insurance Limited) about whom he gave a lengthy description. I advised him that I wished for all of the data he held about me to be erased as per GDPR and DPA's right to erasure, he seemed surprised an I told him this was because it was all false

SCAM - clearly someone trying to get info about bank details. Rang pretending to be from my bank - starts with an automated message stating a large amount of money has been requested from account & if not authorised, press 1. Person then answers but does not know name/details etc & tries to get you to give details. Be really careful with this number - clearly fraudsters/scammers.
I just received the call from this number seems suspicious as was asking my card details. Claimed he is Saudi Hajj ministry representative and wants to refund some money which will come in 45 working days. He was trying to convince me it is against the complaint I made. Fraud Said they were from HSBC and wanted me to go through security. I said I'd call them back and at that point they gave me the genuine HSBC number (I said I'd look it up anyway). So I called the genuine number, 03457 404404, and wasted my time and HSBCs, as there was - surprise surprise - no suspicious activity on the account.
Just had a "Bank security call" from this number saying 2 unauthorised transactions had gone through and to press 1. No bank name mentioned and according to Google this number is Thomas Sherriff And Co Agricultural Machinery manufacturers. Unbelievable.

Spoke to a gentleman who called from this number. Sounded middle eastern. Was very polite and respectful, He asked me if I could send him video of me having sex with a pig. I told him I would not feel right violating his wife. He laughed wildly and hung up!
