Background sounded dodgy so I gave him the wrong one and he confirmed it was correct. He messed up when he asked for the GAS supply number - we are an all electric building. Kirsty , an automated survey, called Oct 9th 2014. I am ex-directory and registered with TPS. I am also disabled and find phone calls very stressful. Due to my disability, I need my phone line available at all times but this call blocked my access to my own phone line! I hung up and then went to make another call-- kirsty and her survey on energy supply was still prattling on! Hung up again but again, the call was still blocking my line when I tried to call out.
