Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.

SCAM Call Themselves 'Domestic Appliances'. Phoned numerous times, totally ignore Telephone Preference Service as they have been told I have registered for this service. They have no information on my appliance as it was fitted by friend who runs a business in this market. It is a marketing company trying to sell something (of what use I don't know). It was the final straw last night when they called at 8.30pm when I was trying to get some sleep to get up for a 4am early shift at work this morning.
