Once you get a call like this from one scammy nob-head company, they keep calling with new numbers in the hope that you react and call them back. Don't answer, Don't call back. Its usually a premuim rate scam that either has some kind of fax machine tone, or someone claiming to be someone they're not trying to keep you on the line for as long as possible whilst running up your phone bill

Keeps calling and asking for a Mr Pratt. Indian voice, very bad English. They will not give me there number or stop calling when requested. Any request for information and they ring off.

I asked why it was so cheap and they said it was a limited, local promotion not available online or instore. I asked for more details and they said they would email them to me. I have four calls this morning 2 numbers I did not managed to log, the third was a private number. This one I logged. Each call is telling me they are calling me from Sky, none are native English speakers, telling me I have a problems with my internet connection, which I do not, being an IT consultant I think I am in a good position to know. When I tell them my credentials they hang up. Going to speak to sky and pass all the information on. First caller did ask if I could hear him.

This shower of conmen tried to pass themselkves off as British Gas claiming that I had not responded to their contract letter. When I told them I was recording them and they were not British Gas they denied claiming to be so and hung up. Them them to go forth and multiply themselves.
