Call today and said that they are from Amazon Prime and my subscription expires. I don't want to continue so I disconnected call.

Cold caller from unknown person or people. My sense is that this is probably a scammer. If they weren’t they could leave a message. Thus, not to be trusted

Scammers, taken money shown false screen profits, won't give money back won't let any withdrawal, won't answer calls, recommended anydesk app downloads to help show how to withdraw profits but instead used anydesk app downloads to steal information from phone ???? This number has been trying to make a dwp application for a budgeting loan without my consent I clocked it on my Google history page hope you can help many thanks, my phone rang at 9pm last night and a Jamaican woman said to me I am returning your missed calls I said to her I havnt made any calls and put phone down and started checking everything then I noticed the dwp thing on history page

The call was made to my landline, Telling me that there had been two payments made on my account £300 to Amazon and one other, which wasn't true cos I immediately checked with my phone Bank app and didn't listen to rest of call I just hung up.

SPAM Going by other reports it is a Bank Scam, claiming 2 dodgy payments on your account. But could also be the dreaded I'm calling from Microsoft - monitoring the worlds IP addresses and yours is being used illegally. Whoever they are block the number and relax. It might be good if you have your Banks fraud team number logged in the phones phone book.
